18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance

Last updated: April 6, 2026

This statement addresses record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations for certain visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. It is provided as a draft framework only. Adult publishers must obtain legal advice to determine applicability, required records, labeling, and inspection provisions.

Age of performers

All persons depicted in sexually explicit content produced or published under Erobloom’s control were, at the time of production, 18 years of age or older. Records required by law are maintained in the manner and location prescribed by counsel for your entity.

Custodian of records

Replace the following with your legally compliant custodian name and address where records are kept available for inspection as required by law:

  • Custodian: [Legal name]
  • Address: [Street, city, state, ZIP, country]
  • Business name (if different): [As applicable]

Third-party and user content

If you allow third-party uploads or syndicated material, your counsel should define how § 2257 obligations apply (e.g. producer vs. secondary producer, exempt categories, and documentation from upstream partners).
